HistoryJill Cantor Lee is a mediator and counselor who brings a rich life history into her current practice. She has a Master's in Education, specializing in Community Counseling, from Colorado State University, as well as a Master's of Science from the University of Wisconsin. She is also a Mediator's without Borders Certified Dispute Resolution Specialist, and a United States Dressage Federation Certified Instructor. She grew up in Kentucky riding horses and exploring the woods. She worked and travelled throughout the United States, Africa and Europe. She served as a policy maker and social scientist for international aid agencies in Africa. She spent time working cattle, monitoring rangelands, and breaking colts on ranches in the American West. She also specializes in using Brainspotting (BSP), and Equine Assisted Therapy to help clients heal trauma and PTSD. She serves people of all ages, while focusing on school age children, teens, and parents. She has innovative programs to help kids develop social skills, emotional literacy, and self-esteem; deal with peer pressure, bullying issues, stress, and trauma; to improve school and athletic performance; cope with family problems, and in general, thrive.
