Tortuga Bay is one of the few facilities in Colorado that can offer scuba instruction from entry level through all the professional levels. Tortuga Bay is proud to be a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center. Tortuga Bay offers individual or group travel to exotic destinations all over the world.
