He was a top producing loan officer for the first five years of his career, and in 2007 started his own mortgage branch. The office was located in Evergreen, CO for the first five years, RJ's current home town, and he moved to Lakewood in 2012. Since 2012, The RJ Baxter Team has grown to receive numerous awards including the prestigious 5280 Magazine Five Star Professional Award, the Chairman's Club award with the team's current company Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp, and ranking among the top 1% of mortgage lender's nationwide since 2016.
