My goal as a psychologist is to help you live a more meaningful, vital and fulfilling life. I provide compassionate and effective therapy that will help you learn new skills and launch you in the direction you want to be moving in your life. Foundational to my approach is a collaborative partnership, where positive transformations evolve in a warm, safe environment. I have worked extensively with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidality, and unhealthy habits. I also work well individuals who are going through major life transitions, relationship problems or want to revitalize their lives. I take a holistic approach drawing from my rigorous background in the science of behavior and my training in compassion and mindfulness. I am a specialist in Dialectical Behavior Therapy--an evidence-based therapy that helps you regulate your emotions, change unhelpful patterns, and live in alignment with your values. I currently provide individual therapy, couples therapy or marriage counseling, and DBT Skills group therapy. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults and have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.
