KC Barbecue was created in 2015 and spent the year smoking meats for catering events and/or parties. In 2016, we are teaming up with a local brewery to serve great barbecue and great beer.

Passion, attention to detail, and consistency are our core values and we implement those values in every cook. We specialize in beef brisket and only use Certified Angus Beef locally raised in Colorado. Influenced by Central Texas and Memphis-style barbecue, we offer a balanced mix of flavor.
