History
Kataluma Chai was founded on Bainbridge Island, just a short ferry ride away from Seattle. During a visit, Kataluma Colorado archetype, Lanell Sonner, tasted the Caramel Dream, and knew she had to share it with everyone in Colorado. Thus, Kataluma Chai was established in the Colorado Mills Mall. Kataluma Chai continued to grow and expand, hiring university student, Mailie Medina. Mailie worked hard at Kataluma during her studies and eventually became manager. In summer 2015, ownership changed hands and Mailie took over as CEO and Owner of Kataluma Chai. We now have two locations; Colorado Mills and Flatiron Crossing.
