The youngest of four brothers, Brian spent the bulk of his youth exploring, and living in, the neighborhoods he now represents as the founder of Delaney Realty Group. Brian started his real estate career when he moved to Maui in 2000. In addition to working with buyers and sellers, Brian built an investment property portfolio that allowed him to experience the intimate details of negotiation, financing and property management that Brian shares with his clients every day. Before moving back to Boulder and starting Delaney Realty Group, Brian worked as a Broker for East West Partners, the developer for Denver's Riverfront Park.
