Feeling like you can't make it another day and despite all your efforts to keep it together, you dread what the future may bring is no way to go trough life. We all need support yet when it comes to therapy, shame makes it harder to get that which we need the most. Depression, anxiety, stress, trauma can bring the strongest minds to their breaking point when they go on long enough. The answer is not to just be more positive, nor is it to ignore our pain when it makes it impossible to feel joy, curiosity, creativity, and connection with loved ones.
