We started in 2013 and grew very popular here in idaho springs as we are the only gyro shop here so people love us.

Specialties

Our gyro sandwiches are made with a blend of ground beef and lamb, seasoned with Mediterranean spices broiled to perfection. We have a wonderful atmosphere in Idaho Springs and we have the best gyros in the west.
