Dr. Elizabeth Rook is a rheumatologist (physician) who helps patients living with arthritis and autoimmune diseases. She believes whole-body healing comes from a combination of nutrition, movement, alternative and traditional medical treatments, and mental and emotional awareness. These interventions bring relief to patients with both acute and chronic disease conditions. After completing her undergraduate degree at The University of Vermont, she went on to earn a Master's degree in Biomedical Ethics from Case Western Reserve University. She later received a Master's degree in Public Health and her doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She holds dual board certifications in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology after completing her training at Loma Linda University Medical Center in California. She also maintains a coaching certificate from Precision Nutrition and is regularly seeking and learning new mindset, growth, and self-development tools to help her patients live their best lives.
