History

Many years ago, our founder Jaime (an avid fisherman) partnered with a friend (a gourmet cook & boat captain) to open El Pelicano Restaurant. They opened the restaurant with one goal in mind: to serve the freshest, highest-quality seafood available, in simple preparations and at an honest price.
