Deaf Overcoming Violence through Empowerment (DOVE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Denver, CO, established in 2000. Dedicated to supporting Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, or Hard of Hearing victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of abuse in Colorado, DOVE provides advocacy services, communication access, and culturally responsive support within legal, medical, and human services systems.
