Special attention to in-line processing, such as UV-ozone cleaning, precision polishing and cryogenic vacuum metal deposition, insures the quality resonator necessary for critical applications which include low aging, low-phase noise, spur control for spectrum analyzer and filter applications, and motional parameter controls.
