Cyndy Reid Fitness was born in 1986 as sports conditioning and outdoor cross training, and has evolved into what I call Functional Fusion Fitness. It now encompasses All aspects of health and wellness. I especially enjoy working with the over 50 crowd to Improve health, correct postural alignment in order to alleviate chronic pain, and help aging athletes keep improving their fitness levels.
