There's no time like the present to make an investment in yourself. These four week small group outdoor boot camps, led by a certified personal trainer, are designed to give you individual attention and group motivation to whip you into shape at an affordable price! You'll burn calories and test your limits through a combination of cardio and strength training drills to get results. Boot camp workouts are an hour long and you choose between two or four days a week and mornings or evenings. All fitness levels and ages are welcomed and encouraged; every exercise can be modified to suit your abilities to make it easier or harder.
