The business started in 1998 cleaning carpet for Class A Commercial Property Managers, Medical Facilities, Defense Department Contractors and Non-Profit Organizations. Most of our commercial clients have been with us for 20-25 years each and we have saved them Millions of Dollars in carpet replacement by extending the life of their carpet from 3-5 years to 15-20 years, while still looking new. In 2008 Carpet Manufacturer's changed the Warranty Requirements for Carpet Cleaning and the homeowner's were left with limited options to protect their warranties. It was then Carpet Care Craftsman entered the residential market, to provide options that would not void warranties
