Starting out as a Crossfit Gym, we've developed fitness programs that help athletes with functional fitness and specific mountain sports that are fun and challenging!

10-2 Fitness offers group coached classes, open gym, personal training, and group/ individualized fitness programs. All for cheaper than what you would pay for a Crossfit Class! The High Intensity Conditioning Program will challenge individuals of all walks of life. It revolves around constantly changing and challenging movements, in a fun and exciting environment. The Power Performance Program is designed to help athletes develop explosive output through the use of the Olympic lifting movements, the clean, jerk, and snatch. The Strength Training Program will help build and maintain muscle mass and allow athletes to progressively move more weight over a specified period of time. The Ski/ Snowboard Conditioning Program maximizes athletes' range of motion, strength, explosiveness, endurance, and balance. Whether you're a competitor, looking to avoid injuries, or are just looking to have more fun on the slopes, this is a great program for you. It's also a fun way to get a workout in whether you ski or not. Improve your clean, jerk, snatch, squat, dead lift, presses, rows, and other functional movements! 10-2 Fitness offers periodic mobility and fundamental group coached clinics. Personal training sessions are great for individuals looking to learn new movements, fine tune technique, or work in specific training goals and programs.
