I established my mobile gym concept during the pandemic to give people an option to workout outside. The goal is to bring all the equipment a gym provides to anywhere you would like to work out. I have been studying exercise mechanics and physiology my whole life.
Specialties
I specialize in helping people build healthy and sustainable habits that will help them achieve their goals. No quick fixes or restrictive diets. Whatever your fitness goals are I will lay out a pathway of exercise and nutrition that is designed to get you there and keep you there. To do this I also specialize in education. After a few months of training you will not only be in better shape, but also have a good understanding of the important concepts of exercise and nutrition. I work with athletes (including young athletes), seniors, and people looking to burn fat and gain muscle.
