Youth Employment Partnership (YEP) is Oakland's most experienced youth and young adult employment training agency, dedicated to providing job training, job placement, hands-on education, and comprehensive support services to Oakland youth and young adults impacted by poverty, the foster care and criminal justice systems, school underachievement, and lack of work experience.
With a guiding vision that all Oakland youth and young adults will have the necessary work history, experience, and soft skills to be self-sufficient, stable, and engaged members of the community, YEP offers a range of job training opportunities, connects clients to their desired future, supports educational attainment, and provides transitional housing and comprehensive support services to help youth stay on a positive path.
