History
West Hills Pet Clinic was purchased in January 2007 by Dr. April Linson and business manager, Kim Moore. Dr. Linson moved to southern California in December 2005 after owning a successful multidoctor small animal practice in Cincinnati OH for 15 years. They met when Dr. April began treating Kim's beloved shepherd with acupuncture for her severe arthritis and dysplasia. Over time crawling around on the floor picking up acupuncture needles, they developed a friendship. Both Dr. April & Kim are passionate about animals and believe that our animal companions are integral and valuable members of our families, deserving the best care possible. Adhering to these beliefs, Dr. April maintains strong relationships with local as well as international specialists (through VIN-Veterinary Information Network) as well as devoting many hours each year to continuing education in all aspects of canine and feline medicine.
