This family owned and operated mixed cuisine Chinese eatery has the quiet, solid appearance, as you enter, of a Chicago steakhouse. There are hints of brass here and there among deep leather booths and pools of subdued lighting scattered across the thick carpeting. Chef John Sin is well-trained in Hunan, Szechuan and Mandarin style cuisines. "Probably," stated a waiter, "John's General Chicken is one of our most popular dishes because he uses the chicken breast, and also a very particular blend of spices." There are, in addition, twenty-four more chicken dishes to choose from.
The seafood, beef, vegetable, pork, soup and appetizer sections of the menu are equally diverse and voluminous.
