As a mom of 3-year-old, I have always looked for healthy choices for my kid and the whole family. In a world dominated by overly sweet and buttered baked goods, one of the hardest things was to find good well-balanced snacks that can help kids build their healthy eating habits. Just like ruining the pure white paper by starting with too dark colors, I believe feeding kids those sweets overdosed with refined sugar and butter will only increase their unhealthy craving as they grow up. That was how I started home baking trying to find a way to make things healthier but delicious enough so you can feel good about having and sharing with your loved ones. After running online store for five years, we have 400+ customers/members and we decided to open a store in San Francisco and found a great little space in SoMa. We are targeting the opening in December 2013, just in time for the year-end festivities. We'll continue to make great cakes so come check us out!
