West 12 Ranch is a fully functioning horse ranch (sorry - no riding horses), which has been in the Butterworth family since 1972. In 2012, the photo studio was born! What started as one couch is now nearly a dozen, along with multiple vintage trucks, two live unicorns, hundreds of ornate props and event rental furniture pieces, and at last count 17 Christmas trees for the scenes we decorate seasonally. Our Event Rental Collection, includes handmade rustic farmtables, arches, sofas, wagon wheels and numerous unique items. The Carriage House became a vacation rental thru Air bnb in 2015. People enjoy stepping back in time in a modern house decorated like Downton Abby!
