We are dedicated to providing personalized fitness classes and progression to our clients based on an in depth wellness assessment. Functional Fitness Classes: Athletic X-train Specially designed to improve strength, sports performance conditioning, explosiveness and is more challenging. (Recommended for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.) (Any fitness level below) FITcamp Designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength endurance and core strength. Class structure will vary depending on the quantity and fitness level of participants. (Great with MAX RESULTS package option to optimize and accelerate results.) FITcamp (vov) (variable outdoor venues) Same concept as option above; but takes place outdoors. Venues are private and communicated via FB group (ask for details) Glute/Ab express A quick lunchtime class, with focus on abdominal and gluteal training.
