Community Service Programs is a nonprofit agency committed to serving youths, adults and families living in Orange County who are involved or are at risk of involvement with the justice system. CSP was established in 1972 as a field study project for students at the University of California Irvine, providing diversion counseling for delinquent youth and their families at the Costa Mesa Police Department. Since that time CSP has grown dramatically in size and scope and has designed and implemented some of the most respected prevention and intervention programs in Southern California. The organization assists more than 80,000 people, including abused children, victims of crime, struggling families and people in need of mediation services.
