This is the office for Warner Films, a film production company which is owned and operated by Jon Divens, a film producer. Divens also is an investor in the entertainment industry who brings other financial investors together for film products. Some of his recent films are Blade and Blade II, starring Wesley Snipes and Kris Kristofferson. He has also produced House of Grimm (2005) and the documentary, Teenage Paparazzo, starring Alec Baldwin.
