Company has built two towers in Stanislaus county with out a PERMIT, will be before the county planning board on Jan-20th 2022 to beg for permits after the fact of building and operating them......

Consistently horrible internet. Technicians come out and say they don't know why, then tell me they "might" upgrade a tower in 6 months or so. No idea if that will improve anything.
