Atop the second floor of the Beverly Hills Community Sports Center, USA Martial Arts Center teaches traditional Karate, Judo, and Kendo to students of all ages and skill levels. All will learn the ancient Asian fighting techniques, as well as the self-discipline, goal setting, concentration, and confidence skills that these martial arts incorporate.
Chief Instructor Shihan Morteza Alborzi is a champion 7th-degree blackbelt in karate. He also holds blackbelt ranks in Okinawan Lobudo, Shotokan, Shito Ryu, Goju Ryu, Kendo, Judo and Tae Kwon Do. Originally from Iran, Alborzi came to Los Angeles in 1987. His karate school has produced national champions and many enthusiastic tournament competitors.
