Underground Fitness was established in May 2012 by UF Elite Trainer Miguel Delgado. Tired of working at at a sales driven corporate gym, Miguel decided to open a gym where he could focus on helping people change their lives. The Underground Fitness program was developed to include regular resistance training and out of the norm functional movements that strengthen the core. These functional exercises include sandbags, kettlebells, suspension training, and gymnastic rings. Due to the effectiveness and results of the program, UF is expanding really quick.Come try us out today.

At Underground Fitness, we specialize in helping people reach their fitness goals through Group Training, Personal Training, and 24/7 Open Gym Access so that our members can train consistently at whatever time is most convenient for them. We feature group classes which are designed to work specific muscle groups, with separate sessions dedicated to the upper or lower body, as well as core muscles. Regardless of the workout theme, the classes follow a custom blend of cardio, strength, and muscle building exercises to ensure muscles are built evenly across the entire body. Our personal training program includes 2 customized sessions per week designed to help you reach your specific fitness goals plus unlimited group classes for free. Our gym equipment includes, but is not limited to, the following: Barbells, Olympic Rubber Weights, Dumbbells, Exercise Bands, Kettlebells, Suspension Trainers, Cable Machines, Treadmills, Stairmaster, Bikes, Rowers, Skiing Machines, and much more.
