United Studios of Self Defense was founded in 1968 and teaches the unique USSD system of Kempo-style marital arts. A roster of professional and experienced martial arts instructors teaches classes under the guidance of Professor Charles Mattera. All instructors are graduates with honors from the United Studios Instructors Academy and have been training martial arts for over ten years. The school teaches men, women and children of all ages in private and group training sessions. It teaches defense techniques, physical fitness, self-discipline, confidence and strength.
