Baja Fresh Mexican Grill offers quick-service Mexican food with fresh ingredients and a signature flame-grilled flavor. Customers can choose from nine different burritos, all made with Baja's unique grilled tortillas. Burritos are also customizable with different meat choices, and can be ordered regular, "Enchilado style" (smothered in red chile sauce and cheese) or "Bare" (served in a bowl without a tortilla). Additionally, a self-serve salsa bar offers five different salsas to add to any meal. The "Favorites" menu includes quesadillas, fajitas, chicken tortilla soup, chicken torta sandwiches and nachos.
