Twice I've been here to use the ATM and twice the machine is out of order. You are not greeted by staff, and you will not be offered any assistance. There is a Citibank in the same plaza if you need.

The rudest and dour store owner (Asian woman behind the cashier) I have ever seen in LA. Horrible service and attitude by that woman. Avoid this store for your sake of nervous system.
