History
Toluca Lake Early Education Center is one of 84 licensed care centers operating under the Early Childhood Education Division of the Los Angeles Unified School District. We service a total of 119 children annually on a 12-month calendar and are open year round. We provide low cost or no cost care services to pre-school aged children of income eligible families. Children attending receive an age-appropriate curriculum and are placed in classrooms with similar-aged children. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided to our children. Each teacher is CPR and First-Aid certified in accordance of regulations set by the American Heart Association.

The mission of Toluca Lake Early Education Center is to provide a high quality early education program to maximize school readiness. Eligibility Requirements Children must be 2 to 5 years of age. Children must be completely trained in toiletry habits. Each parent must have an eligible need such as: Working Attending School or Training Seeking Employment Seeking Permanent Housing Family income must be at or below 70% of the State's median income for each family size
