History
Tirsa started her business working from home. After graduating Le Cordon Bleu in 2009 and working at a job she despised she decided to start selling wraps and salads to friends and family 1-2 days a week. She then made the leap and quit her job to pursue her love of food full time and called the business Love, Tirsa. Slowly but surely she had a small but growing following and things were looking up. An old colleague and friend called her one day and asked if she would consider joining forces. She agreed and they opened a business together. . . But there was no happily ever after in that fairytale. Tirsa shed the cocoon to spread her wings on the very food she loves so much and Now without further adue and 10 years of stress, sweat, and tears she and her husband Steve happily present Tirsa's. Tirsa specializes in making quality homemade food. From the barbacoa to the flan to the vegan rice and beans 95% of Tirsa's food is made in house.
