THK was established in 1988 by a man with a passion for his trade. We have been in business servicing the south bay ever since. Installation of custom heating and air conditioning systems in homes and businesses throughout the area including but no limited to Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach, Torrance and even Orange County areas. Our specialty does not stop with new construction. We have done numerous retrofit installations and have added air conditioning to existing forced air systems as well.
