For more than 35 years, Cuts and Curls has been locally owned and operated by the same ownership in the same location. With such longevity in the Capitola community, the four independent stylists assist the business with continuously making the business greener. In fact, certified organic products with natural enzymes are used for coloring hair. Expect courteous and friendly service, but make sure you call in advance to book an appointment. The salon is located at the Plum Gardens business center, near the corner of Plum Street and Capitola Avenue.
