Well really it started on May 5th 1969( the day I was born) No, really I think I came out of the womb loving dogs. I once ran away and moved into the dog house because my mother wouldn't let our dog lucky sleep in my bed. (Not so LUCKY I suppose) It was cramped but we managed. So, it was obvious that working with dogs would become my career. I got my first job when I was thirteen. I cleaned kennels at a vet hospital and I loved it. Yes, cleaning poop was my idea of a good Saturday afternoon. I became a vet tech and worked with vets for twelve years. I then, for some reason, decided to switch it up. I went to CSUF and became a debate major and won a 1st place national award for a speech on the need for dog blood donations.
