Established in 1968, North Bay Industries is a nonprofit organization that provides employment opportunities and nonvocational programs to individuals with disabilities. The organization serves more than 100 individuals through its programs. It operates through several units, including flag manufacturing, grounds maintenance, janitorial services, food services and work group leasing. North Bay Industries has working relations with a wide range of companies and organizations, such as Agilent, Tellabs and Mrs. Grossman's Paper Company. In addition, it develops rental property for people with low-incomes and disabilities.
