The Loop is the newest exercise offering from 24-Hour Fitness. In answer to client demand for an efficient, time-savvy workout, the company designed The Loop: a full-body workout in less than 40 minutes. Based on the circuit training concept, there are 24 stations. Clients spend one minute at each station. The circuit is designed to take 30 to 40 minutes and address cardio, core and strength training. There also a warm-up and cool-down area.
