The Kitchen Table specializes in the finest contemporary Kosher food. The food served at this restaurant are free of dairy and peanut. Also, it offers in-house cured and smoked corned beef and pastrami. The executive chef is Steven Long and he is certified as a "Master Taster" by the American Culinary Institute. He has also taught Culinary Arts at the Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco and the Professional Culinary Institute in Campbell.
