Hailing from the wild and wonderful Appalachian Mountains, Coach Ry is a retired rugger-turned-competitive Hybrid athlete with numerous podium placements for Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, Strongman, and obstacle course racing. Fitness and creating healthy habits is something near and dear to her, as she once weighed over 300lbs! She started her fitness journey in 2007, and never looked back. Now her story fuels her passion to help others! Training isn't just exercise. It's nutrition. It's mental, emotional, and spiritual health. It's learning to love yourself again.
