History
The Center for Law Enforcement & Security Training has been providing security services for 11 years. We are California licensed by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). Our instructors are retired/active LAPD sergeants and were POST certified instructors at the LAPD Academy. In addition to basic security training, our instructors are also Black Belts in Martial Arts and adapt those skills to the arrest and control/handcuffing techniques.
