History
I have always been fascinated by music - listening to it and playing it, but most of all, mastering it! In my pursuit of that, I have taken thousands of hours of lessons from all sorts of teachers in places all over the world - lessons in the style of classical, jazz, indian, Turkish, folk, Irish, bluegrass and voice. I have also taken drumming, mandolin and finger style guitar to name a few. The list is endless! Some (but not all) of my teachers were magical. Regardless, I learned from all of them and have taken the best of these experiences and created my own approach, which is now embodied in The Blacktree School. I specialize in teaching adults how to really get inside the inner game of music, how to overcome obstacles, how to tame your flame, how to train the brain and how to become a ninja warrior of creativity.
