Thalia Street Beach is pretty popular among the local teens in Laguna. You can always find lots of mothers with teens and toddlers. It is a pretty open beach and is marked by the Thalia Street Surf Shop on a nearby corner. This is strictly a surfing beach. Swimmers and body boarders should go south of the beach.

Easy 5 stars. No bench at the top...aside from that perf ct. just like every other street inlet beach in Laguna. Not bad parking. Not that crowded. I was there to relax after a workout.
