History
This is a family business. My parents have been in the food business since they were very young in Thailand. My dad is Chinese-Thai and my mom is Vietnamese-Thai. When my dad's father was in his teens, he worked as a chef in the train in China before he moved to Thailand. When my parents moved to the US, they worked for and opened many Thai restaurants. Thai and Chinese Express is their next baby. It used to be a Peruvian restaurant. However, we took it over after the Peruvian restaurant owners left. We hope to provide our faithful customers with delicious and quick Thai and Chinese food.
Specialties
We specialize in Thai food and Chinese food. If you have a favorite Thai dish that you don't see in the menu, be sure to ask for it. Most likely we can make it! We had to simplify the menu to keep it quick and short since this food court's customer type is business men and women who only have a limited time for lunch. For vegetarians, we have veggie part of the menu, but if you would like substitute any of the meat dishes with vegetables, we can do it for you. Our most popular Thai dishes are the curries (yellow chicken curry, green chicken curry, pineapple curry, and beef panang), basil chicken/beef, basil tofu, Pad Thai, Spicy fried rice, BBQ Pork, BBQ Chicken, Pad See Ewe, Pad Kee Mow, Chicken/Beef Noodle Soup, Tom Kai Soup, Tom Yum Soup. Our most popular Chinese dishes are Orange Chicken, Mandarin Chicken, Black Pepper Chicken, Eggplant tofu, Wonton Soups, Chow Mein.
