Teri Cafe has been feeding Oceanside diners since 1987. Owners Mark and Mary Shinoda also have a sister restaurant in Clairemont Mesa. They serve an interesting blend of Japanese and Hawaiian cuisine, with authentic teriyaki as the staple of their menu. They make noodles in-house, so they buckwheat soba noodles and ramen are fresh. Specials include the pork cutlet, stir fried beef, and of course, beef and chicken teriyaki. They also serve a handful of sushi dishes, and sell packaged ramen noodles to go.
