Located across from La Cienega Park, the La Cienega Tennis Center features 16 courts, all equipped with lights for nighttime matches. The facilities are open daily from 7am to 10pm. Closing times are subject to change on a seasonal basis, and rates vary as follows:
Weekdays from 7am - 4pm:
Beverly Hills residents $7
Non-residents $10
Weekdays after 5pm:
Beverly Hills residents $8
Non-residents $11
Weekends:
Beverly Hills residents $8
Non-residents $11
Court reservations can be made in advance by purchasing a Leisure Services Card, which costs $7 for Beverly Hills residents and $16 for non-residents. Proof of residency is required, and the card must be renewed annually. Patrons without a leisure services card can access courts on a first-come, first-served basis or play as a walk-on. When all players are under 18 years old, the fee is half the normal rate.
Tennis instruction is available from the on-site pro shop. Tennis ball machines are available for rent at $8 an hour, plus a court fee. Players are not allowed to wear black-soled shoes on the courts.
La Cienega Tennis Center is maintained by the city's Recreation and Parks Department.
