Fleming Jackson, owner and creator of Tender Loving Care's specialty pet products, grooms one of his first customers. Still to this day, TLC has a dog walking service. Although Fleming still enjoys a nice walk with his own dog April, he has passed the dog walking service to the younger staff members. Tender Loving Care's very first grooming van (1978). We have come a long way. TLC now has a fleet of mobile grooming vans that service the entire Los Angeles metropolitan area.
