History
Techlinea started as a lighting design studio and developed into the business that it is today by exploiting the weaknesses observed in the residential construction market. Nobody educated the homeowner or took responsibility for the different systems that got installed in modern homes so there was never any cohesion between the many sub contractors or their services, this created a very out of control project (time and money) and in the end a very frustrated builder and client. Our approach is entirely different; from day one we educate our clients and manage their expectations. We collaborate with the design build team to create the lighting, entertainment, security, and communication systems to the client's exacting specifications, then pick the best craftsmen and help the GC manage the installations to ensure that all is work done on time, within budget, and meet the client's expectations. After all, our job is to exceed expectations and make dreams become reality.
