We operate under the laws and direction of the State of California, Dept. of Corporations and therefore are held to a higher accountability and standard than title, banking and/or broker owned escrow. In addition, because we are independent and rely on referral business, service to our clients is our primary purpose. The Escrow Merchants has over 29 years of experience in this market. We are located in the North Orange County area, however we service the whole State of California. We extensively work on REO, Refinance, Purchase and Short Sale transactions.
